Wow! So many Sardinas to choose from, so little time! Lomography Gallery Store Soho recently had a great workshop to find the best ways to make La Sardina tick. In store we went over all the basics of this super fun little camera before taking to the streets to test out our newly found knowledge!

Retronaut is a website dedicated to archiving weird, wonderful and historic photographs from the last 200 years. Amongst this vast collection you can expect to see photos of London from 1913, raunchy fashion shoots from the 1920’s, futuristic designs from 1962 and everything you could possibly imagine in between. This week we have dug through the archives and found some rather cute black cat auditions in Hollywood from 1961.

At Lomography Gallery Store Soho. We had the Champagne on ice and the swing music turned up loud for the release of the newest addition to the La Sardina family, the 1940’s styled Splendour.

Stephen Dowling is a professional photojournalist based in London. He has photographed the likes of Franz Ferdinand, Ash, Calexico, and the mighty Bon Iver. In between shooting cool bands backstage, he also writes for the BBC. We couldn’t resist finding out more so we gave Stephen an LC-A+ and made him our LomoAmigo of the month.
