The Lomography Movies Page
With the launch of the LomoKino, you may have noticed that we have a brand new Movies section on the Lomography website. You can easily share your own LomoKino movies in this section too – All you have to do is upload your LomoKino movies to Vimeo and connect your Lomography account with your Vimeo account. Follow the steps below and you’ll be sharing your LomoKino shorts in no time!
- First off, if you are not already a member, you’ll need to Register on Vimeo.
- To avoid users showing other users videos, we kindly ask you then to connect your Lomography and Vimeo accounts. To do this, you have to be logged in on Lomography, head to your Account Settings page and follow the button that redirects you to Vimeo. There you need to be logged in as well (or login) and authorize the connection. The reason for this: we want to make sure that you are an authorized user on Lomography and Vimeo – this way nobody can import anyone else’s videos on the Lomography site.
- Once you have connected your Lomography and Vimeo accounts, head to the ‘Movies’ tab in your LomoHome. Click on ‘Create New Movie’ and you’ll be presented a list of all your Vimeo Videos – from those you can select the ones you want to show on Lomography. It’s as simple as that!

@maolicious - If you follow the steps in this article then your LomoKino movies will be in your Lomohome - So, for example, I followed the steps in the article and now my LomoKino movie is in my home - You can see it here - http://www.lomograph(…)ates/movies

I've made the connection with my vimeo account, but when I click on the movies tab, it still says: create a connection first. I've already cleaned my browser cache and stuff.. Help?

I am having the same problem that @bloemetje is having. I think I have done everything correctly but my video isnt showing up. Help too please?

I'm having the same problem here. The connections are made, but the page still request to make a connection to Vimeo account... :(

@tracyvmoore & @whizzkidd: I use mac osx, google chrome browser. I've emailed with lomography and they gave me the advice to try firefox (mac). I started firefox browser, disconnected vimeo and then connected again. And now it's working! So maybe you can try another browser too (firefox for example). First start the browser, close the connection with vimeo and make a new one again. Hopefully this will work for you too!

@tracyvmoore & @whizzkidd: Also my connection is now working in google chrome browser too, after I created my first movie with firefox. So you won't have to use firefox all the time if you don't want to :)

I use Safari in MAC. I would give a try in Firefox. But in Windows I use Firefox and didn't work...

@bloemetje, @tracyvmoore, @whizzkidd I had the same problem. It wasn't working in any browser I logged out of my account and used the login using vimeo option and I was able to add movies that way.
